Eric is a genius. My husband had an impossible vision and Eric made it reality. He is cost-conscious yet does not compromise quality and durability. Our waterfront went from a wooded steep hill with a dilapidated dock to a stunning waterfront with three levels. He oversaw everything from making sure we got the right wall system to hold back the hill to creating a one-of-a-kind concrete bar to getting down on his hands and knees to oversee and help us sod the finished product. He is not only a master of building sound structures, but he also takes into account the aesthetic side of the project and is a great creative thinker. He is a very hard worker, he listens to what the customer wants, he makes sure the customer thinks all possibilities through so they can make the right choice for them and most important he is very proud of his work.
